London & Regional Panama April 2008 Press Release

London & Regional Panama participates in SIMA 08

London & Regional Panama (L&RP) will participate in the tenth edition of the Madrid International Real State Exhibition (SIMA08) to present the Master Plan of the Panama Pacific Project.

SIMA08 is the largest real estate exhibition in Spain, where businessmen gather to meet the market’s leading companies and professionals including developers, investors, public administrations and financial institutions.

SIMA08 is the head of real estate world fairs. In 2007, more than 152,000 people visited different thematic areas in one large exhibition of six pavilions.

The public interested in the real estate market will appreciate all the benefits of the Panama Pacifico Project as it will be a mixed-use community including areas for office and warehouses, manufacturing and logistics areas, retail centers, homes and apartments, parks and open space, hotels, improvements to the airport and community amenities. These various areas will be designed into a thriving community where residents, workers and visitors can work, live and play all in the beautiful green forests of Panama, but conveniently located next to Panama City.

“The platform of international business SIMA08 offers will allow more investors, industrialists and international real estate brokers to become educated about this new project. SIMA08 is an ideal place to create business alliances with new partners and let them know about the future of Panama being created at Panama Pacifico," commented Henry Kardonski, General Manager of London & Regional Panama.

Kardonski added that "SIMA08 represents a bridge of communication between Latin America and Europe. For this reason, we are excited to bring the Panama Pacifico project to the conference as the next real opportunity in Panama”.
